I love the 40/20/40 seat. You loose some storage but its not bad. Theres a storage compartment under the arm rest and also under the seat. I've had multiple trucks with the console and on many occasions I wished I had one more seat belt. Its not the most comfortable seat and its rather narrow but it gets the job done. There are a couple of disadvantages though. The rear passengers loose the a/c vents and the a/c blows out from under the seat. This sucks for my dawg cause his bed ends up blocking the a/c. You also loose a lot of visability to the rear seats when the middle seat is up and you are completely issolated from the rear. Getting a drink out of the floor board cup holders can be difficult while driving and you cant put anything too tall down there.
I'd still rather have the bench seat though.
does yours have any power outlets inside any of storage compartments?
I wonder if the Lariat packages have? I see there is a wire going into jump seat, however that could also be for rear power out for passengers ? Was thinking there maybe an OEM plastic insert to replace that would enable the ability to have power inside storage.
