Yes, Make sure the pistons have 410 stamped on the side of them before you do this swap. Why wouldn't this be ideal? Isn't this the exact setup as the original 410? It was a good motor.

I mean that just puting the crank and flywheel (or flexplate) from a 428/410 without having it balanced would work but it would not be ideal.
