VIN Decode please
from what I can tell, its still pretty much what it was built to be originally (except for some of the more creative 'fixes' the last owner performed).
other than that, I know little about it. I wanted to see if the tag showed anything interesting and you all have a lot more info than I do.

71 = Los Angeles (SoCal) Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
3104 = Domestic Special Order number, truck ordered special by the original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."
*When there is no COLOR code stamped on the Warranty Plate, truck painted a non standard color per the original purchasers order.
This makes the truck a Domestic Special Order.
after 2 tries at the local Auto parts store (and being given two incorrect radiators to start with) it was determined the radiator required is a large brass Heavy Duty F-250/F-350 radiator (vs the other two std duty, narrow aluminum/plastic replacement versions).
at some point it also seems someone installed a Thunderbird style divorced power brake booster. so, with that, what other HD parts might have been installed on/should I look for on these fleet trucks?
