Oh I live in Abilene right now. Yes it is getting pretty dang bad. My daughter / son in law just had them trying to break into their trucks. They have them on security camera's. Neighbors getting thei homes broken into. Oh when you step on my property you are on camera. Also i carry all the time. We have a chuch just a few blocks away that cater to the homeless and a park on the other side of us. I have done yard work open carrying, I have been approahed more than once and they have a sudden urge to leave and I have said nothing or made any threats. However they wake on the other side of the street most of the time now.
