Are there differences between seat frames? "64"-"66"? I have seen a couple pictures and some look different than others. Was this a manufacturing difference. Or is it a incorrect seat frame for these years? Some springs insert into the frame, like the one in my "66". Some slip into a clip attached to the same part of the frame on another seat.

I think your difference depends on the cab setup. There is another recent thread on this forum asking for foam thickness and there's discussion there saying that the Custom Cab had thicker foam than standard due to spring design.
From your picture, that looks like my Custom Cab 66 seat, but I'm not an expert.
1961/66 F100/1100 with bench seat: There were two different cushion kits, one for Standard Cabs (C1TZ-8160050-C), the other for Custom Cabs (C1TZ-8160050-D).
Cushion kit included the seat frame, wire for adjusting the seat, springs and padding. Did not include the upholstery.
The wire (61726 in pic) could be purchased by itself.
I have new upholstery and foam for a 66 Custom Cab seat, My frame is rusted enough I don't want to use it. I am looking at buying another frame. The guy sent pictures and the frame, at least the backrest seems to have a differently designed spring configuration. Is this a location of manufacturing difference? It is supposed to be a 64. Did they make 64 CC seat frames with this spring attachment design? I get pictures of the bottom seat frame tonight. I am assuming if it curves up. (Standard) Curves down(Custom Cab).
Swoosh: Is the foam you bought a correctly shaped CC repop?
If so, please divulge the mfgr, as I wasn't aware anyone was repopping the fom for any truck seat other than a Ranger, which is a Mustang seat')
