Information Display help
My Information display no longer lets me access the "Settings" or "Information" buttons. Is there a way that I can turn them back on or do I have to take it to a dealership? When I use the down arrow to scroll thru the screen, it skips over those two buttons and I'm not sure why they're no longer available. I have a 2014 F150 and would like to be able to use all the available technology but I don't know much about it yet, but I'm slowly learning.

You probably turned on the memory function for the menu (within the settings). This lets you scroll through the menu choices (up/down) instead of always having to go all the way left and then down to the next menu.
Hit the left button and get to the far left of your menu choices. Then scroll down.
