Yes, several companies make full length headers for a '76 but more info is needed. ie 2 or 4 wd, mt or at.
Edelbrock, Weiand, Holley and others make aluminum 4bbl intakes for the 390.
Try Dynomax, Hedman and Hooker for the headers.
Good luck!!
DO NOT BUY DYNOMAX!!! I have them on my 76 f-150 4x4 and the #4 runner is right up agenst the starter, they leak pretty bad, and they are right in the way of front d/s. also they are only a little over a year old and they are rusted pretty bad, some spots look like I could stab through with a screwdriver.
I have read many negative messages about dynomax headers.
I have a pair and think they are great. Best fitting headers I have ever had. Plenty of room to get the starter in and out, lots of room everywhere.
The thing to remember about headers on an FE is there are several different port sizes, and therefore several different gaskets. Dynomax uses the 428CJ port which is the smallest and you can't use any gasket but the one specifically for that port or your headers will leak. They are unlike manifolds which have a wide flange to seal with, headers have just a narrow flange.
About rusty headers, if you don't coat em with header paint(after removing factory paint) they will rust, any header no matter the brand. After a year they will look like crap. Remember headers go through very extreme temperature cycles and reach ungodly high temps. When you buy high dollar headers, they are either coated or painted from the factory with high heat paint. Cheap headers are simply sprayed with cheap paint to make them look nice and keep from rusting in the box. When I got my dynomax's there was a note in the box that they needed stripped and repainted with high temp paint or they would rust quickly and look like crap.
My truck is a 67 f100 4x4 w/390
Of course 2wd headers will fit differently.
Dynomax aint bad just remember they are cheap, ya get what you pay for.
Gee, I thought my Dynomax ceramakote or whatever they call it, fit real nice and still look good after 4 years. I haven't seen a high temp paint stick yet on a header. I have seen headers glow red under load and no paint is going to withstand that!!
You can't go wrong with Edelbrock intakes, I was just giving options.
Also, check out ebay. I picked up a Edelbrock Performer 390 for my truck for $200 bucks including a 4bbl carb(which I have since replaced). It is in great shape and I saved myself like $50. Anyone need a Motorcraft 4350?
