Will an E4OD from a 1996 F350 4x4 7.3 fit a 1994 F250 turbo Diesel 4x4 7.3?

Yes, except for two issues. One, the newer torque converter has six studs where the older one has four. Second, There was a change to some diodes in the PCM and solenoid body. You'll need to do some research on that because I can't remember the details. It may work as is, I just can't remember. But both the torque converter and solenoid body could be swapped from the old trans if they are in good shape.

Ok I'll do that.
Does the fact that the '94 is IDI and the '96 is PowerStroke create any issues?

Edit: BTW they are both 4x4

I covered the issues above. There are no other issues.
