My wife and I looked at an Eddie Bauer F150 before I bought my 1996 F150. My 96 is the same color as the Eddie Bauer and is a short bed. My wife nicknamed it junior, as in Eddie Bauer junior.
The nickname stuck, we both call the truck junior.
