Hey all,
so I'm thinking My no start condition may be the hpop gaskets. We started removing the tubes for the air breather and turbo and found a plug that was cut. One side goes to the temperature sensor the other side goes to don't know what.
I found a video that shows the plug going to the front near the radiator. Can anyone identify it and what it goes to? It's the one circled in orange in the screenshot I took of the video. Maybe if it would cause a no start condition. Any input would help. Thanks in advance.
I wish I was more familiar with the E series but on the trucks it’s possible to turn the engine over using a quick trick. Is that the issue? It won’t crank over or does it crank but not fire up?

Yes, it'll crank but won't start. I want to say I've narrowed it down to a leak in the hpop. the guy before me did just about everything under the sun to it before he sold it to me.
This is My first Diesel, so I'm learning by wire.
