New rearend help

Thank you for your help. I'm getting the old girl back together and she needs a new rear. I would like something 3.73 but I'll settle for something stepper. She has 3.25 now and is a dog on takeoff. She had a I6 but now and a 5.0 from a 94 F150. What would work from the junkyard?

Any help would be appreciated.

I would bet 9", since 3.25 ratio.
