help with a pulley

Success!!
this is a relatively rare thing but if you ever need to do this here is how I accomplished it. I had the added advantage that the rubber between the weight and the balancer assembly had deteriorated and when i pulled them the outer weight came off. that means the balancer assembly was smaller in diameter than the pulley
The pulley was original equipment as was the balancer. the 2 were basically rusted together where the parts meet. I hit it with pb blaster several times and let it soak. Then I placed the assembly on a couple of 2 x 6's so the balancer was hanging by the back of the pulley which was supported by he 2 x 6 on each side. I placed a 36mm impact socket in the center and gave it a whack the balancer assembly popped out.
