New Headlights!

I am going to install these new spyder lights on my 2009 F150 and from the reviews I read it looks like I am going to want a stronger bulb. I am not sure exactly how to find out what kind of bulbs I'm going to need. If anybody has any ideas, or knows anything about these lights please let me know!

Thanks for any help!

Does your truck use H13 bulbs like mine? I think it probably does.

Those aftermarket lights use a H3 or H1 bulb typically.
