OK, who has floor mats like Weathertech or Huskyliners? Opinions? I have the vinyl floor in my truck but would like the fitted liners to catch water and not slide under the pedals.
I have the Huskyliners and love them. I think it's really preference between them and Weathertech - both are good products.
I have the Weatherbeaters in my truck. I live on a farm, so I pick up lots of dirt, gravel, and mud. They catch it all quite well without anything overflowing onto the carpet, and cleaning is just popping them out to hit with the hose.
I have an 18 Plat with the husky liners and a Durango with weathertech. I switched to husky because the weather techs are thinner and stiffer. They began to lose their shape and fold in, gave the SUV to the wife and she hates the mats lol. Husky liners are thicker, softer rubber. They settle better and dont move around. Personally, I like the look of the Ford rubber mats better, but they dont have any protection for corners and spills. With small kids that was a must.
One little pet peeve on the Husky floormats, is that the front mats cover the doorsil about half way. Covers half the Platinum plate

They will all work. What I think is that your vinyl floor doesn’t have the buttons that either brand uses to keep the mats from shifting. Carpet typically does. You can either get them and put Velcro on the backside, use a bit of rubber cement to maintain placement or forgo anything to hold them in place. I’ve used liners that didn’t have the right attachment. Never had an issue but in some cases if you were to push hard in the liner they might shift up under your gas pedal which is why the liner have a snap on button between carpet and any type of liner. Another option would be go to any auto parts place and buy universal rubber mats. They won’t do as well at protecting but then you have vinyl anyway.
I had Weathertechs in my 2006 and 2011 F150s. They looked good, fit good and provided good coverage. But I didn't care for the plastic material they are made of. They always felt slippery under my shoes.
I swappped to Husky X-act Contours in my 2014 and 2017. They are made of grippy rubber and I'm very happy with them.
We have the Weathertechs, and they work well. However, they are stiff, and slippery. Much better than the OEM rubber floormats, as they cover almost all of the floor area.
I would get the Husky if I were to do it over. They are rubber, and much more flexible, and not as slippery. Almost the same coverage as the Weathertechs.
Husky is currently doing 10% off with an additional 5% "deal of the day" that they send out via email. For instance, today, Xcontour is 15% off with "XCGIFT" promotion code.
I have the vinyl floor so it isn't a huge deal. I was just interested in something to contain water. Maybe I could do the Velcro like mentioned earlier to keep them from sliding up under the pedals. Maybe with something to hold them in place, I would be good with some aftermarket off the shelf mats.
