3 sided auxbeam question

3 sided auxbeam question
How are the 3 sided Auxbeam led lamps supposed to be oriented within the headlight housing. My beams are all crooked looking and I’m trying to correct the issue. Any insight would be great.

While I don't have the Auxbeam LEDs, mine are 3-sided. I pointed the "two" LEDs UP. My logic, the light pointing up, gets reflected down, off the top of the housing. I started them in that position and "test rotated" them that way. It resulted in what I felt was a good pattern, and comparable to the halogens.
