Transmission fluid capacity and clutch bleeding info

Hello guys,I have a 1994 f 150 5 od speed . Previous owner tac welded the fill plug and looks like I won't be able to get it loose. So il have to do a "top fill" job on this thing. Since I can't check to see how much fluid I still have in it. I need to know how much fluid it actually hold when has been drained. Been hearing anywhere from 3-4 quarts.does anyone knows the answer to this? And Mehta is best transmission fluid for it?.ALSO I need to bleed the air of the clutch line. Am assuming is as simple as like doing brakes right? Or there more to it? Thanks in advance for any help.
