Installed X Code Springs - Torque/Load Question

I installed X codes up front today. I have a question on tightening the bolts with regards to load. Which bolts need to have the weight of the vehicle on the springs for final torque? Just the u-bolts or do the front eye and rear eye/hanger bolts need to be under load too? I wasn't sure, so I figured I would ask here. It is currently still on jacks because I still need to press in the new ball joints later this week.

Thanks buddy, that is what I thought. I will get them snugged up a bit and then torque em tight once I get it back on the ground.
