Not sure if this was an official TSB or not, but it relates to the roof racks on early X's and how they were damaging the roof paint. I've done a search as best I can here on this site, referenced the Excursion Tech folder, and followed the TSB and wiring database link on to the BBB site, I don't see any listing for roof issues, or specific categories, other than the link in "Exterior, body, roof rack modification" in the tech section which the pic links are a no go.
I'm not really looking to modify, just looking for the TSB, if there was one, to see how Ford handled the issue. The screenshot is the best I've been able to locate thus far.
