low coolant temp
I have a egr delete and new oil cooler coolant filter installed in feb of this year the truck has 140,000 and as I am driving along the coolant temp drops to minium and I can hear the fan clutch wining the heater is on and blowing warm air. no coolant in the oil coolant level is at the low mark with no evidence of boil over. could this be a stuck thermostat ???? please help the 6.0 is new to me and I'm stumped everyone says to look at the head gasket but I cant see that being the problem yet please advise me on what to look for. 2005 f350 duelly

The dash gauge is junk. It's doesn't reach the red marker until it's too late, around 240ish. I noticed that when my fan clutch went out.
