Low coolant temp
Just noticed my last two trips my coolant has been running at 175-180 and oil at 185. Going up hill on the interstate coolant will go up to 190 oil 195 but within a mile of letting off or goes back down.
Could be a coincidence that I just loaded new xstreet tune from IDP. Or its the first time this year we've had cold temperatures in PA this year.

Your coolant temps should be closer to 190 consistently. I think your thermostat is bad. It has nothing to do with the street tune. Cooler engine temps will also cause you loss of fuel mileage.

It will take you longer to drain and refill the coolant than change the thermostat. Use Motorcraft part# RT1169 and you'll be done in an hour or less.
