Im stumped

Hi i have a 2007 f250 v10 recently purchased as i was doing some little tune ups oil change and brake change i notice the front passenger drops more then the driver side and i went on and bought new coils and shocks but its doing it again and it has only been 3 months i checked under but i cant seen to find what else could be the problem

Check the ball joints, check your leafs-front and rear, check sway bar, check your torsion bar, check your body mounts...
