front disc conversion

Thanks for answering so fast.
Now I know where to put the brakelines.
But does anyone have a copy of the instructions on how to install the disc brake kit ?
I found out how to mount the hardware for the master sylinder online, but nothing about the disc conversion kit.
My kit is from LMC truck. I sent them an E-mail asking, but they did not have them.
They said they will try to ask the supplyer of the kit to send me an E-mail about the installation.
I am crossing my fingers, but if someone has a copy of it could you be so kind to send it by E-mail or post it here ?

So I better check my rotors before starting the innstallation.
Do you have the torque specs for the bearings and the bolts on the bracket that holds the calipters ?
I will drive the car to the local car repair shop and start the work there.
So if I am stuck I will get help from the owner who also happenes to be my closest neighbour :-) .
He can also help me to re- route the exhaust pipe. I am pretty sure it will not fit with the new brake booster in place.
Thanks Rico. That video was helpfull. I think he mentioned 78 ftlbs for the calipter bracket ?
About the grease zerks Curt I don`t know what to do with them.
I will have to remove the upper one I guess. I am not planning on dismantle the king bolt this time. I think I need to do that if I want to drill a new whole and innstall a new grease zerk.
I guess I will just grease it before cutting of the upper one and deal with it later. Stupid I guess, but I only drive maybe 1500 km each year with this car so I will be good for a couple of years.
My dream is to install a new front suspension on this car. So that will take care of the problem with the upper grease nipple. If not I will have to dismantle kingbolt maybe to be able to drill the hole deep enough.

Ok. I will not do anything with the king pins. I will take the car to the local car mechanic garage and do the work there. The owner is my neighbour so I will do most of the work myself while he steps in everytime I make a mistake :-)
I guess I will have to move the exhaust muffler a bit to make room for the brake booster.

There is no guessing with brakes or torque values! Drop in to a Harbor Fright to pick up a low cost 1/2 inch drive torque wrench. Or buy a better one, but please don't guess.
