Have you made sure all the air is worked out of the high pressure oil system? Before replacing the HPOP I would pressure test the oil rails with shop air and see if you have any internal leaks. You are just aimlessly swapping parts without being able to read what is going on with ICP AND IPC DC and FIPW.
i can hear a little air in valve cover when i blow with shop air. is that the injector o rings?
It could be, or it could be a stuck injector dumping the oil out of the oil spout. After i replaced injector cups on my Excursion I had two injectors doing this. I couldn't build more than 250 psi ICP. Took the injectors apart, cleaned them up and reinstalled and haven't had an issue since. Pull whatever side valve cover you hear the air under and have a look.
i'll pull injectors tomorrow. Thanks. Sure hope that will cure the problem and it start. I think thats what it is since i dont get any smoke from tail pipe.
