55 Dashboard layout diagram?

I bought a 55 from a guy who had already started taking it apart before he decided to sell it. He removed all of the stuff from the dashboard and threw everything thing in a box. The only one I'm sure about the original location is the starter button (left-most hole).

Does anyone have a diagram from an operator's manual that shows the layout for all of the possible original dashboard components?

It goes like this from left to right: starter button, wipers, lights, steering column, throttle, choke, ignition, and lighter. The throttle was optional on a F100 but standard on F350s (and maybe F250s) and up. The lighter was optional also. Below is a pic of my 55 F350. The PO put the 4 way flasher **** in the hole for the lighter. Silver colored plugs were put in the holes that weren't used.
