so i finally got back stateside, looked at the truck again. Went to pull the dash off to check the fan speed switch, since it was the only thing left. as i was pulling the clip out of the back of the switch, one of the wires came out, fixed the wire back in place, everything works fine now...wasted about 100$ but at least i have a new blower i guess.

 

Glad to hear it was resolved, I guess for the cost just write it as a PM cost
