Ha! I found that leak. When the shop put the new manifolds on they replaces the metal tubes on them. one on the passenger side goes to a sensor on top of the water pump. What is that thing? Any how that tube is leaking at the manifold. It may be loose I don't know. Im going to let them fix it.
How could that be leaking oil (or coolant or fuel or whatever it is)?
Are you sure it isn't just running down that tube from somewhere up above and dripping off? That area is also where the fuel bowl drain for the stock fuel system is. Is there a chance that is the source of your drip?

Well dang. I guess it could be just on it. Oil is all below it. I figured that it was it as it is the furthest forward part with oil on it and the wind is blowing it back. Maybe its just a valve cover leak? I don't see oil in the valley. I have all new stuff there e fuel and hoses. I don't see oil on the header. But below it in the shock tower and around it. Is there another oil port the there? I will grab some pics.
pass side pass side dipstick oil pan. sealed again pass side pass side header pass side back of fender well oil all over pass side valley front of engine under oil cooler drive side fuel lines all new driv side all new. not il cooler must be o ring above? power steering cooler line
These oil leaks apear to be from different spots, and if you have bad blow by it will only make it worst. Give the engine a good clean and look to verify where exactly the leaks are coming from. It does look like your timing cover crank shaft seal is leaking.

I cleaned everything up and it stayed dry around town. But the long trip from nv to ut and back made it come out. I think the oil under the pulley is from the drivers side. Maybe the oring? I dont have time to mess with it so it's going into the shop.
Took the truck into the shop. They found my breather was missing a o ring on one screw. The breather looks almost blocked. the o rings are dry and not leaking. we still don't know where the oil was coming from on the other side of the engine. It could have been the blowby but everything look sealed up now. They put die in the oil and asked me to come back in 200 miles or so. I had a vibration the kept getting worse. I found some bolts coming lose on one side of the rear driveshaft u joint. I got new bumpers in for the truck from Move. I just need to weld them up and paint them.
