I think I'm finally going to pull the trigger on a 2017 or 2018 F-250. As I was shopping around I noticed that a few trucks have the 360 degree camera option. The options seems cool but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra cost. This will also be my first truck and I was thinking that it may be helpful driving into tight spots. I'd like to hear some feedback from some of those that do have it.
For those that do have it, do you like it? Is it worth the extra money?
Definitely a worthy option. Like others have said the picture quality could be better. With the way technology is today its a little frustrating the picture isn't better.
I agree, get it. I/We build barrier in the middle of the freeway and I have to turn around in the narrow inside widening area, it's nice to see everything in front and back. Also, you can line your truck when parking and know your straight when you get out. Anybody notice that black strip at the front bumper in the 360 view is like 3-4 inches clearance outside.
