Where are all the ground straps on a 1993 f350 and can anyone post what a under the hood fuse box is supposed to look like for the truck I bought the truck and it Did not have an owners manual. Truck will not start dash light up and then I go to crank it nothing happens I replaced the ground strap drone the frame to the cab how many are there and any ideas what it could be
