7.3 idi turbo won't start
I'm new to the page and was wondering is some one could help me I have a 1993 ford f-350 with the turbo idi 7.3 truck won't crank at all I turn the key and the dash comes on if I try to start it it blows a fuse under the hood a 20 amp. I changed out the bad fuses and the one I replace under the hood the 20 amp when I pull out my running light switch but when I push it back in to turn it off the lights stay on what do I do and can anyone help me with the page form the owners manual that shows me what fuses are supposed to be in the fuse box under the hood

I'd say check all your grounds. Either you have something shorting, or more likely, you have something not grounded well, and the electricity is finding odd ways to close the circuit. Once on my Jetta TDI, I had my dash lights glowing crazy. Turns out my taillight ground had burned out, and for the rear lights to close the circuit, it would run the current in reverse thru the only way it could: thru the dash ground. I'd say you have some odd body or engine ground that is messed up, or the cable to these grounds has shorted on some section of wire that lost its insulation. Or the terminals on the batteries are corroded.

Automatic or manual transmission?
Try disconnecting the headlight switch and replace fuses and try again? That switch is infamously under-engineered, and there may be some odd short happening there. Don't be surprised if you see electrical/heat damage at the switch terminals and/or connector.
Any known aftermarket wiring?

You may be looking at an aftermarket fuse box.
