i have found the answer is no, because the grin on the face from pushing down on the skinny pedal negates the fuel savings.

Hmmm, I was wondering about that ^^^^^. I'd like to think I can resist that temptation. I'm thinking, if I get (roughly) the same power I have now, with LESS skinny pedal, maybe that will ultimately save me some fuel. But that's the $64K question -- "resist the temptation".....

i found the only way to make that happen is to weld a 2 inch block under the skinny pedal.

I always thought the trick was to strap a raw egg to the top of the pedal.....

If the number in your user name is your year of birth, I had already (with the help of my brother) customized my first tricycle by then.....

The number in my user name is the year of the Falcon (oldbird) that I used to have. My birthdate is the big 50!
