I have a 2005 Ford F250 6.0 diesel, I'm currently having some electrical problems. When I turn the a/c & heater on high, my turn signals and heated seats stop working. Any ideas on what the problem might be?
Need to have your batteries load tested individually and your alternator checked. If your having electrical issues you better take care of it now otherwise your FICM will be next.
First I would start with the battery connections the driverside has the power wire for the cab accessory’s the passenger side has the alternator and starter with the crossover in between.
Do you have a way to monitor your vitals of the truck?

Many weird electrical gremlins are due to a bad or faulty ground. Remove the battery ground cable where it bolts to the chassis. Use a wire brush or wire well to clean the mounting point. Make sure the cable ground end is clean enough that you can lick it without cringing. If the negative battery cable is old and corroded, replace it.
There are a bunch of ground points under the dash just to the right of you right knee (while sitting in the driver's seat.) Check those! Very WEIRD stuff happens when one of them is loose or corroded or disconnected.
