Nice looking truck. Welcome to the club.
That is definitely a 3" aftermarket downpipe. And an aftermarket intake tube. Everything else looks stock.
Does the truck have gauges? I'd get a trans temp and EGT gauge on it ASAP if it doesn't. If it has been "turned up" you want to keep an eye on those parameters to make sure you're not pushing it too hard...

Yes, it has a pillar set up with EGT, Boost & trans temp.
