Called PullRite on my 5th wheel hitch and asked if they could send me 2 screws too replace the ones that got bent when something hit the box that holds the retainer pin for the ball on the pin box.
Instead of just sending the 2 screws, they shipped me the entire head piece. Now that is customer service!
