4.6 interchangeable?
I have a 2010 Ford E150 with the 4.6 Romeo engine with a unexplained knocking noise with intermittent oil pressure loss. My question is will the 4.6 Romeo engine from a 2003 Ford Crown Vic fit into my van? If so what type fitment issues should I expect? Are all 4.6 Romeo engine interchangeable?

Welcome Todd and we are glad you joined. i would post your question in the 4.6 forum. This block is like 3.0L V6. same block but many options with different heads or front end and may have a different crank depending on what it was installed in.
