1951 Build Update

Well it has been a while since have posted... I have been busy with life. I was ready to paint the truck but I was not satisfied with the build so I paused the paint. I decided to 4 link the rear since I have a mustang II front suspension. I did not want to have to go back and do it later.

Dash Repair and New Bed

The previous owner had hacked up the dash so I took time to correct that situation. I also purchased a new bed and had it welded together....

Nice work, looks like it is going to be a really great truck. Nice looking welds too!

Thanks! She is up and running strong with the fuel injection 5.0 and AOD. In the back of my mind I want a coyote 5.0 setup but I have two classic mustangs to finish up first...

Nice work. Going to be a nice truck when done and great job on the dash. I noticed the Studebaker on the lift too.

Hey Isaiah,
It's good to hear from you over there in California! I was worried
you had given up on this project. You are getting there! Keep up the
momentum. I'm jealous of your 4 link.... I left our's as the stock 8.8 Explorer
set up. I think your handling will be great!
