do you know if the four sided black trim around the window regulator on the 86-91 is still available?

If you are talking about the trim piece that goes around the switch, it is no longer available and I don't see any in the wild. E69Z 1223713-A

just disconnect the switch's connector and clean the pins, they get oxydized and start to work intermittently.
I recently removed the dash gauges pod and cleaned-polished all the pins of all the gauges which were acting funny. Now they work perfectly.
