Electrical Suggestions
Vehicle Information: 2004 F350 DRW XL 6.8l V10.
Mileage is climbing to 200k. After this weekend, I will break 190k
About 20k back, and when it was really wet first thing in the morning, the engine would skip on a cylinder After only a few minutes it would clear out and run like a champ again.
Well, with everything like this, over time it gets a little worse every shot. This morning with the deluge of rain here in the Northeast it took the truck about 10 minutes to run normal again. I figure with old man winter staring us in the face I should probably consider looking into a fix for it.
Hoping for suggestions. The plugs are due for replacement. been about 75k. I have never swapped the COPs nor any wiring or fuel injectors.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The rubber boots on the COPs are deteriorating. You can buy a set of boots and change the problematic one now and then change the other 7 when you change the spark plugs.
