Radio Delete Plate . Does it even exist?

Radio Delete Plate . Does it even exist?
Did 74 f 100's come with a radio delete plate or is it just a differand bezel from the factory? I am looking on LMC and see the bezel comes 2 ways, with or without a radio. what does the without look like?

It was a different bezel with FORD embossed in the plastic where the radio hole would be

I have one I pulled from a junkyard. It is like hivoltj said.

No 1973/79 F100/350 has a radio delete plate.

If the truck came without a radio, the instrument cluster bezel would not have a hole for it.
