What do I need to upgrade/replace next?

Well the truck will be out of the shop as soon as I get back in town (on vacation right now) and I'm already thinking of my next upgrade.

Everything that's been done so far:

EGR delete
Full bullet-proof
Custom SCT tunes from Warren Diesel
SCT tuner
Edge CTS2 moniter
155/30 injectors from Warren Diesel
High flow stand pipes from Warren Diesel
New OEM dummy plugs
Rebuilt (OEM) turbo
Stage 2 transmission solenoids
New glow plug harness
FICM rebuilt by FICMRepair
100 HP Power Hungry Performance tune on FICM
New batteries
Airaid intake
6.4 pushrods

Things I'm thinking of getting:

6.4 starter
Upgraded power/ground cables
Alternator (Leece Neville or DC?)
Turbo
Billet wheel
Intake manifold
Have the tint redone
Spray-in bedliner
Lift kit
Return style fuel line
Aftermarket exhaust
Snow plow (to try to make some money)

Alternator and wires will keep the new batteries, FICM and injectors happy and would definitely have to come before a snow plow.

Didn't think about that, I'll remove it from the list now

After reading this on the FICMREPAIR site, "The factory wiring harness was designed specifically for the stock alternator’s output. When a high output alternator is put into the equation, the stock wiring can't transfer the power that the new larger alternator creates." I think the alternator needs to come off the list as well

So is this the way to go or is there a better/cheaper kit?

That is what I did, all bought from Ed.
My Dc XP 270 is working great. Keep the old alternator as a spare, insurance you hopefully won't need..

You need to drive and enjoy your truck.

Here’s my thoughts on upgrading:

6.4 starter
prevenative maintenance

Upgraded power/ground cables
safety for upgrades I already have

Alternator (Leece Neville or DC?)
safety for the upgrades I already have/prevenative maintenance

Turbo
Razzi recommended for EGT issues after the other upgrades I’ve made

Billet wheel
cheap way to upgrade instead of turbo for same reason

Intake manifold
ok, you got me here. There is no reason for this one

Have the tint redone
considering the price this might be a nice touch on the truck. I should have mentioned the tint is VERY scratched/purple

Spray-in bedliner
there was a 5th wheel in the bed and is now gone (previous ow we kept it) plus there are several chips in it as it was a cheap job and getting the bed “resealed” will combat any rust from forming.

Lift kit
again, this is nothing the truck needs

Return style fuel line
was more than I was wanting to drop on the truck with all the other things I had to buy, but Ed recommended it

Aftermarket exhaust
was thinking it would help with the EGT and be good for all the rest of the upgrades

Snow plow (to try to make some money)
just something I’ve been planning since I bought the second Excursion
