Well, I guess my new-to-me F250 needs checked. I bought it with 8,600 miles so I cant say if anything was changed in the first 8 months of its life. To my knowledge, its as stock as stock can be and not towing at night.

However, I get flashed every single night, mostly by smaller cars and never another truck. Heck, this morning driving to work when the sun was coming up (I was driving east, other car west) I got flashed. This was during a period of day that, had the automatic lights not been on, I wouldn't have normally had them on. I've looked at the spread pattern and it looks normal to me. I see a very clear top cutoff line and the sides do not spread very far. The high beams work very well and there is a clear difference between the two.

One thing I have found interesting is, they usually don't flash me until they are just about to pass me. At that point, I guess I don't understand the point of flashing high beams if you're already at my front bumper. Maybe that's the angle its worst?

But....... I driven at night a bit now and have notice how good/great these quad beams are. I am no light expert.... I just know if I can see well or not and comparatively to other vehicles I drive. These quad beams seem to throw a good bit of light forward and to the sides. I really notice on rural roads. Of course the brights do step it up a notch or 2. But, the standard quad beams are great.,

Anyway....... I'm liking the quad beams.

My truck doesn't have all 4 Quad Beam LED's on at the same time, unless the high beams are on? With the low beams on, just the top 2 illuminate. I can have the fogs on, but they of course turn off when the auto high beams activate.

From the above posts, it reads all 4 of your Quad Beams are on? My old Silverado acted the same way until I jumpered the relays with the 6 high mod. Then, lows, high and fogs were all on at once. Awesome night driving machine, but still doesn't hold a candle to this new Super Duty.

I get flashed both on back roads, and around town. Stock suspension no level kit, and have checked my headlight alignment two different times.
