VSC Component Test Procedure?

VSC Component Test Procedure?
2005 E350 with VSC that's suddenly become inoperative, complete failure, strongly suspect its nothing more than the steering wheel controls.
Anyone have the test procedure that can be emailed via a .pdf file? My DVD manuals only go to 2004---that's the last year of the speed control servo mounted on the inner fender, pulls the throttle cable.
This would be found in the service manual, not the EVTM or wiring diagrams section.
