I'm is the same boat Chad. In my case I just don't have the money or inclination to try to do all the stuff. I have to be more realistic about what I can do.
I hear ya del-- My eye sight prevents me from any task under a truck- the light dark change makes me totally blind. Curt thinking of getting rid of the yellow truck- and some tools.
Maybe-- My attitude today is kinda-- Meh- what ever- In a kinda bad place today-- Have allot going on-- Tomorrow will be better or even later today :-)

It's amazing how much more I got done on my projects 10 years ago vs. now. Crazy thing is that back then we had 1/2 the money we have now, but 10x the free time!
You're right Chad, the house\kids\stuff list somehow just grows and grows every year. Who votes that we go back in time for a week or so and enjoy the easy days?
Just wait till you get older and you have back pain- can't see or have an enlarged big toe or something-- anything to take motivation away from projects-- it gets harder and harder
