Can someone tell me if my grain truck has the split rims that are bad?

One of the tag axles has a tire without much tread left.
I’d like to replace the tire on the tag axle. It’s 8.25 x 20
If this is split rim, then I probably should replace the rim.

Can I just buy a different style rim from a salvage truck?

Your left front is a locking side ring style. Should be safe if unhurt. The forward tandem is a Dayton demountable, which will never have a widow maker Firestone RH-5° rim. The RH-5° was used exclusively on Budd type wheels. The rear Budd isn't clear enough to tell. Better pics of it, and the other side of the truck are needed. Plus you'll need to show us the inner duals on the rear tandem. Stu
