Here is the one I got from Amazon, it is 5/8" and all comments indicate it works great on the 3-inch hitch. Its working great for me.

This is what I use. I like it because I can use the Ford key in my fob and don't have to carry around a separate key. You can search the web for the part number and find it for $19.99.

That Bolt hitch pin looks very interesting, to have it keyed to match the truck. One less key is a good thing. However its hard to tell from the stock photos sometime, but there is one shot of it, that make the lock portion look HUGH. Those of you have have it, how bad it is really? It looks to be much larger than the Master Lock offering.

Sorry guys. Ford says that the hitch pin needs to be rated at 21,000 lbs. The ones above that I investigated above only have a 10,000 lb rating.
Perhaps someone can devise a locking mechanism for the groove on the stock hitch pin.

Only needs to be 21K if you are pulling that heavy. My travel trailer is only 7500, so 10K is fine. Not saying I would not like something more, but I can wait until the next travel trailer to upgrade.
