Freeze Frame

Hi all it has been a long time from my last post been working on a few things (rear wheel bears, rear tie rods, ect...) but here is my question i have been getting this stubborn P0174 cell so i bought a new OBD2 reader (CRP123) and got a freeze frame and i have no idea what to make of it or where to go look for what i have but any way here is what it says.

Fuel sys 1 status = CL
Fuel sys 2 status = - - -
Calculated load value = 81.2%
Engine coolant 186 degree's F
Short term fuel trim bank 1 = -0.8%
Long term fuel trim bank 1 = 24.2%
Short term fuel trim bank 2 = 8.6%
Long term fuel trim bank 2 = 25.0%
Engine RPM = 1876
Vehicle speed = 58 MPH

now what all that means ? i have no clue but if anyone does please let me know and what is make the code P0174 that keeps coming on thanks in advance for all the help

The freeze frame data correlates to (or, more likely, was triggered by) the P0174 diagnostic code. Your short and long term fuel trims suggest that the car thinks bank 2 is running lean. To attempt to compensate for that, the PCM is extending the fuel injector pulse width on bank 2 (hence the large bank 2 fuel trim percentages.

I'd start by checking for a vacuum leak for bank 2. One common issue that could cause a bank 2 lean condition would be bad intake manifold gaskets. Another common issue that is known to cause a vacuum leak is the PCV elbow which on some occasions has caused a lean condition on a single bank. I don't recall which bank it's closer to.

Thanks Rod Here is what i have done so far replaced all 4 o2's, checked for vacum leaks, and checked the pcv tube and didn't find any leaks replaced the pcv valve and the pcv tube is not the rubber one it is a medial tube at the top and back of the motor on the drivers side and the light only comes on with the p0174 when i am on the highway and it takes like 10 to 15 miles for it to come on so where might i keep looking?

Did you try cleaning the mass air flow sensor? If not, I'd try that...

I didn't see in your list that you've replaced the intake manifold gaskets. What method did you use to check for vacuum leaks?

Though it maybe a bad intake gasket, I'd recheck all the vacumm lines again maybe you missed something , before tearing it apart...good luck

just curious, How does it run ?
