My brother and I just got done building one for his bronco. Used 2-1/2" square tube for the cross bar and 3x3 angle iron to bolt it to the frame. Put it between the frame rails, hidden behind the bumper. Then cut a square hole in the bumper for it to just barely poke through. Works great and basically 100% hidden. He uses it for a winch mount....

UPDATE: FRONT RECEIVER
Update: I have sourced a Draw-Tite brand front receiver that 'almost' fits. I will be posting updates and pics starting tonight. This is going to be easy...I've already measured and cut the receiver and with one other minor mod it should bolt right in. Stay tuned!
