I see two problems.. the flanges have been cut which may or may not be a problem.. might make each tube easier to attach but might make them harder to seal.
And they are waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long.. I wouldn't doubt if they actually hit the trans crossmember.
Long tubes tend to block access to everything and you have to remove them to work on your truck. The real world difference in performance is not as significant as the sales catalogs and lore would have you believe. KISS rule applies well here.
That having been said I would probably buy Banks anyway if it were me.
Most of the truck long tubes fit quite well. Lots of threads on the specifics of many brands, but flow tech are what I use after trying just about all of them. You can remove the starter, use any heads you want, and the 2.5" collectors promote off idle scavenge.
