Coolant burp?

Coolant burp?
Just bought a 17 f250 6.7
had 14 mi on it when i got it 2 days ago
was going down the road got on it for the first time. Drove a bit farther then pulled into work. Parked got out and noticed coolant coming from the drivers side front portion of the engine bay. Any ideas?
thinking it may have been over filled or pushed some air through being its brand new?
