WHY would anyone in their right mind want to retain 16.5 rims on anything that has 35" or smaller tires. They are almost Impossible to find.
Do to 16" like it left the factory with and you can find a plethora of 16" tire choices(and rims)

Thanks yal for the input. I said **** it and ordered 2 new rims and was able to trade the 2 tires in for 2 to match the rear. I'm finding out that the original owner mixed and matched damn near everything on this truck..... still fun to get hands dirty and get it all fixed lmao.
