11 SD incomplete wheel wells?
The wheel wells of my 11 F250 SD seem to be made of some sort of water-absorbant material... is this right? When I park it in the garage after a trip in the rain, so much water runs out of these things it causes major puddling in the garage. Did Ford miss a step in the assembly process to complete these things, or this just how it is?

Talked to a mechanic buddy today. He said Ford designed the wheel wells that way... he said it is supposed to be noise-absorbing material... He said he thinks they didn't count on it absorbing liquid and chocks it up to a bad design idea. He suggested undercoating them. Just may do that.
